Spoligotype patterns of MTC strains isolated from slaughter cattle at the abattoir of Algiers and Blida in Algeria. Spacers 39–43 were absent from all spoligotype patterns. SB numbers were taken from http://www.Mbovis.org. Previously unreported M. bovis spoligotype patterns were named SB1447, SB1448, SB1449 and SB1450 by http://www.Mbovis.org and the new M. caprae spoligotype pattern was named SB1451.
