Frequencies and statistical comparisons for the 23-bp and 12-bp alleles, genotypes, and haplotypes in B. indicus, B. taurus, and B. indicus × B. taurus composite cattle. Allele frequencies were compared using Fisher's exact test, and genotype and haplotype frequencies were compared using the Chi-square test.
