  3. The table shows the 4 administrative levels of sampling in the 1999 national serological survey on PPR in Ethiopia. The first level of selection was the region with 7 regions selected. Within each of the regions weredas, kebelles and villages were randomly selected. For each level the mode, average and range of units included in the above administrative level are presented.
