Mean titres of CpHV-1 in vaginal swabs recorded after CpHV-1 Ba-1 intravaginal challenge of goats previously intranasally immunised with either live attenuated gE-negative BoHV-1 vaccine or virulent CpHV-1 Ba-1. The control group was not inoculated with any preparation. Titres are expressed as log10 TCID50 per 50 μl of vaginal secretions.
