In vitro immune activation of BALB/c mice splenocytes by R848 and poly(I:C). Naїve BALB/c mice splenocytes (106/ml) were incubated with 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10, 20, 40, and 100 μg/ml R-848 or 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10, 20, 40, and 100 μg/ml poly(I:C). Culture supernatants were obtained 48 h after stimulation and assayed for TNFα, IFN-γ, and IL-4 using ELISA. The results shown are representatives of three independent experiments.
