  1. The stability series are shown from the most stable gene at the top to the least stable gene at the bottom ranked to their expression stability estimated using geNorm. The first two genes in each series cannot be ranked because of the required use of gene ratios for gene stability measurements. The HK genes required for a reliable normalisation of the target gene expression in each tissue are shown in bold.
