Swiss mice survival curves after infected T. gondii isolated strains from cheetahs. Survival curves were generated using the GraphPad Prism 8.0. For TgCheetahCHn1, none of the control mice and inoculation < 1 doses of T. gondii tachyzoites died, whereas the survival rate of mice inoculated with 1–104 doses of tachyzoites was 100% (P > 0.05), 0% (P < 0.05), 0% (P < 0.05), 25% (P < 0.05), and 20% (P < 0.05), for Swiss mice, respectively. For TgCheetahCHn2, none of the control mice and inoculation < 1 doses of T. gondii tachyzoites died, whereas the survival rate of mice inoculated with 1–104 doses of tachyzoites was 100%, 100%, 80%, 80%, and 100%, for Swiss mice, respectively (P > 0.05)
