Enhancement of the cell viability and disturbance of IL-2, IL-4, and IFN-γ production. Splenocytes with the same cell concentration were prepared from each group of mice and cultured in the presence of ovalbumin (100 µg/mL) for 72 h. The supernatants were collected to measure the concentration of IL-2, IFN-γ, and IL-4 by ELISA. Data was expressed as the mean ± SEM of quadruplicate cultures and representative of four independent experiments (n = 20). *p < 0.05 was significant compared to the VH group
