Data are expressed as mean ± SEM; n = 5; Ni: no infection; DA: diminazene aceturate; 1% dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO): vehicle; RM-M: 80% methanol extract of Ranunculus multifidus, RM-H: hydro-distilled extract of Ranunculus multifidus; amotility ceased; bmotility drastically reduced; NE No effect on motility. The experiments were performed in triplicate with each test concentration done in duplicate. The numbers under change in motility means the time (in minute) in which the change of motility is observed
