Depiction of the Ca (calcium) concentration in native and acidified urine samples correlated with semi-quantitative urine sediment crystal assessment. Each individual calcium measurement is depicted in both groups, connecting the results of the same sample with a grey line and labelling them with certain geometric shape and color according to the amounts of crystals observed in native sample: green rectangle – small amount of crystals, blue triangle – medium amount of crystals and red circle – large amount of crystals (the values after acidification are already corrected for the dilution factor)
