Tissue distribution of porcine QSOX2 IHC and Western blot analysis of various boar tissues using rabbit polyclonal anti-QSOX2 antibody show. a Most of the tissues examined showed a homogenous distribution. b A single band was detected at 75kD in most of the tissue homogenates. Heart (H) showed the weakest signal, moderate intensities were detected in lung (L), liver (LI), small intestine (SI) and in kidney (K) when 30 μg of total protein was loaded on gel. A relative strong signal could be detected in spleen (S) with skeletal muscle (SM) appeared negative for both immunohistochemistry and western-blot detection in boars. Bar = 50 μm
