Contact structure between and within Dutch cattle holding types in July-December 2001 (just after the FMD outbreak) and July-December 2004. The size of the dots represents the number of holdings per holding type. The thicker the lines, the more cattle movements off-farm for live trade (with a minimum of 1,000 movements/month) between or within (loops) holding types.
