Solid lines represent the unweighted regression line constrained at 0 with a slope equal to the overall logOR of a fixed effects meta-analysis on our data, and its 95% confidence intervals. The position of the countries in the y-axis indicates their contribution to the Q statistic for heterogeneity. The position of the countries on the x-axis indicates the weight of each country in the meta-analysis.
